About Us

Priest Dental practice is committed to helping each patient achieve a healthy smile. We use the latest technologies and state-of-the-art procedures that help patients obtain beautiful, long lasting smiles. We also pride ourselves in being conservative and only doing what is necessary.

High Standards

Prior to Priest Dental which was established in February 2016, Michael D. Spreng owned the practice for nearly 30 years. Prior to that his father, Warren Spreng DDS owned the practice since the 1940’s. The same conservative and family-oriented principles still apply today. We continue to maintain that we treat each patient like they are family. We pride ourselves in personalized dental care which each patient deserves. Not every treatment is the best for each patient. We look at your entire mouth and treatment plan with restorative, cosmetic, surgical and prosthetic principles in mind in order to achieve your optimal dental health. Should a dental emergency occur, we make every effort to see and care for you as soon as possible, especially if you are in pain!

Education & Prevention

As a practice, we truly believe that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We not only fix dental problems but also educate our patients so we can prevent future dental work. We focus on thorough exams that include checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking X-rays only when necessary. We want you to have a beautiful smile but also want what is in your best interest for your overall health.

Uncompromising Safety

Infection control in our office is of the utmost importance to us. In fact, while in the United States Army, Dr. Priest held the position of Infection Control Officer from October of 2013 to April of 2015. We maintain to the strictest of standards so our patients and ourselves are protected at all costs. We follow all guidelines on sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Training & Expertise

As your dental health professionals, we want you to be confident knowing that we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. We pride ourselves in providing the care you need to keep your smile healthy. To give you the best possible service and results, we are committed to continual education and learning. Recently, Dr. Priest received his fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry. This fellowship signifies that Dr. Priest has completed over 500 CE hours in various fields of general dentistry and passed a written exam. Dr. MacDonald, Dr. Spreng, and Dr. Priest, attend various dental conferences around the United States each year where the most advanced technology is learned and brought back to Priest Dental. This in turn improves the quality of care we provide. In addition to these conferences, we maintain memberships in some of the most prestigious dental organizations.
